Service Description
OneStep Pet Care offers premium in-home feline care in addition to canine care. Routine litter cleanings, feedings, walks upon request, treats, and attentiveness are all provided to ensure your furry friend is comfortable and happy. Overnights are included for an added layer of security and companionship. Trust OneStep Pet Care to care for your feline friend while you're away. ------------------------------------------------ DAY RATES $85 / Base Rate (2 Pets Included) $5 / Additional Feline $3 / Additional Small Pet (Bunny, Bird, Gecko, Snake, Gerbil, etc. ) HOLIDAY RATES - An additional $15 will be added to base rate on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas ** Day rate is calculated from service start date/time through 10 AM next business day. If services are requested after specified time, another day may be billed.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact OneStep Pet Care at least 48 hours in advance. OneStep Pet Care reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled visits for services cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service. In addition, if a pet sitting job has already commenced, Client may receive a credit of 50% of the total cancelled visits outside of the 24 Hour Cancellation Policy period. This potential credit will be determined on a case by case basis. ​ ​ ​ ​
